Please Note: Early Termination of contract requires entire contract period fees are paid in full. Cabling is only completed up to the nearest street pillar and any upgrades to the lead-in are to be at the customer’s expense.

Please Note: If supplying your own modem we require the modem to be at least a 2-wire modem and SHDSL compatible

What speeds can I expect?

Amnet offers three speed options: 512kbps, 1.5mbps and 2mbps. However, BDSL uses digital subscriber line technology, meaning cable quality and exchange distance influence the speed attainable. To address this Amnet completes a service qualification before every service is sold. This ensures that the service speed, based on your distance from the exchange and other factors (e.g. dB loss), is attainable. As a result the majority of our customers experience the full spectrum of the bandwidth they are sold.
