We've been made aware of phishing emails that have been received by a number of customers regarding their account details.

To confirm, Amnet Broadband will never ask you for your password or date of birth via email. If in doubt, telephone us on 1300 533 821. Our information emails always have our branded header and footer, or will identify the sender by name. 

The fraudulent email looks a little like this. If you receive it, delete it immediately.

What is a a Phishing email?
A phishing email is an attempt by a someone to imitate an official email to trick the receiver into providing personal information. Typically these emails are used to gain information which can be used to access personal accounts or to misrepresent a person's identity.
 

Amnet Broadband will never request your password via email. If in doubt, always call us, or email support@amnet.com.au  to clarify the email.
