To be eligible for a promotion open to existing Amnet customers only, your account must be active, and within our account terms prior to the date of the promotion being listed.
To be eligible for a promotion open to new customers only, you must apply for and connect to a new Amnet service as part of the promotion.
- If the promotion involves a prize or giveaway, only one entry per customer will be accepted. Amnet will draw and notify the winner on the advertised draw date of the promotion.
- Amnet reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any promotion at its discretion, and any decision on the promotion is at the sole discretion of Amnet.
- If the promotion involves a prize or giveaway, Amnet reserves the right to substitute the prize subject to availability.
- Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry to Amnet Promotions is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
- Amnet accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the period of the promotion. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Amnet is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
- Promotions may not be entered into, or used in conjunction with each other.
- Upon completion of any promotion, Amnet reserves the right to use the participant's contact information to communicate up to three subsequent promotions or offers made by Amnet.
- Amnet resellers and employees are not eligible to participate in promotions unless otherwise indicated.
- All promotions are subject to Amnet’s general CRA.
